MASA

Masa Takayama opened his spellbinding restaurant in New York in 2004 â
€“ and it remains one of the finest restaurants in the World.  His reputation
has been reinforced by numerous recognitions, including
Mobil 5-star award, New York Times 4-star review, and Michelin 3-star

It has a reputation as a minimalist temple where Japanese culinary

Risotto is folded with Sea Urchin and truffles, slabs of foie gras are paired
with perilous blowfish liver, cooked by the diners themselves in a shabu-
shabu pot.

At Masa Restaurant, what you see, hear, touch, smell, and taste all spring
from the same complex sensibility - the ideas of shibui and umami.   Masa
is shibui: simplicity devoid of unnecessary elements, and the

Per Se Restaurant

Per Se, the much-anticipated restaurant from renowned chef
Thomas Keller, debuted in February 2004 in the Time Warner
Center complex at Columbus Circle. With striking views of
Columbus Circle and Central Park, the dining room is a rare
blend of open space and easy intimacy, discreet drama and
understated luxury. Offering a 64-seat dining room, a 10-seat
private dining room, a lounge, a bar and wine cellar, all
presented in a palette of warm neutrals and natural
elements, Per Se will refine and redefine the dining
experience.

For dinner, Per Se offers two prix fixe tasting menus for $295;
a 9 course Tasting of Seasonal Vegetables or the 9 course
Chef’s Tasting Menu, which changes daily. For lunch, in
addition to the two 9 course menus, a shorter 5 course menu
is available for $185.

Daniel NYC Restaurant

Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning
restaurants and the Feast & Fêtes catering company. While
he hails from Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly
mastered the dining scene and is today considered one of
America’s leading culinary authorities.

Raised on his family’s farm in the village of St. Pierre de
Chandieu, the chef remains inspired by the rhythm of the
