When listing hard working and active woman entrepreneurs, the name of Prudential's Douglas Elliman Real Estate Broker Dolly Lenz would shine above the rest.   Her attitude of never taking rest made her reach the ninth cloud. Once she flew to Hong Kong and came back to New York within 48 hours to close a deal with a Chinese client. She repeated this for a deal in Moscow.

Sue Firestone, a Lenz friend and founder of interior designer SFA in Santa Barbara, Calif., told IBD. "Her success hasn't made her unreachable. She makes herself completely available, and her clients really like that about her."    Her clients are always satisfied with the service she provides; that’s why they come again and again. By now, her client satisfaction rate has reached 94%

Dolly Lenz works seven days a week, with hardly any sleep. She hasn't taken a vacation since last 20 years. She answers hundreds of e-mails a day and carries around three BlackBerrys, though she owns 12.   Lenz somehow finds time to volunteer at Ronald McDonald House, which provides housing for families of cancer patients. She also mentors kids in the Police Athletic League.

Samantha Kleier-Forbes             Gumley Haft Kleier

Executive Vice President Samantha Kleier Forbes graduated with honors from Horace Mann and continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated cum laude with a BA in English. She is still active at both of her alma maters - at Horace Mann she serves on the Alumni Council Board, and at Penn she interviews prospective students, and is a Friend of the Kelly Writers House.

Samantha was born and raised on the Upper East Side in Carnegie Hill, where she still resides with her husband JP and her three year old Chase, who is at the Horace Mann Nursery School. She is a dog lover who supports multiple animal charities such as the ASPCA, Bide A Wee, Stray From the Heart, and is currently working to stop puppy mills for The Humane Society. She is also a member of the Central Park Zoo Conservancy, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Natural History and the Food Allergy Initiative (FAI).

A native New Yorker, her clients come predominantly through referrals from clients and friends, many of whom she has known since nursery school. She has brokered deals all over Manhattan in both Cooperatives and Condominiums. She is a member of REBNY.

In late 2009 Gumley Haft Kleier was selected as one of two Manhattan real estate companies to headline HGTV's runaway hit real estate reality TV show, SELLING NEW YORK. 

The TV series became an overnight rating hit in its first year and just renewed for three additional 13 week cycles which airs Thursdays at 9 PM. Samantha along with the rest of her talented family play major roles on the show.

She got her start in real estate at age 2, being carried around to appointments by her mother, President Michele Kleier, who taught her the word Coop along with the ABCs. Her family motto is “There is no place like home” – She is so happy to be part of that special universe of the family business.

Deborah Grubman

As Senior Vice-President at the Corcoran Group, Deborah Grubman has been a top broker of co-ops, condominiums and townhouses for over twenty years. Deborah was a high school math and science teacher before becoming involved in real estate. She has taken many of the skills she developed as an educator and brought them to real estate sales. She has been interviewed by numerous publications including New York Magazine, The Real Deal, Architectural Digest, Quest, Avenue, Hamptons Magazine and Dan’s Papers.

Deborah resides in Manhattan and the Hamptons. She is married and has a son and daughter as well as two step-daughters.
